At Cook Bros. Comics, we don't think of ourselves as the HBO of comics, we're more like the midnight local access cable show of comics. But without the production values. The jewel in our publishing crown is "Blast Asteroid and the Space Patrol", a rollicking bi-weekly comic strip about a knucklehead space captain and his ragtag band of misfit crewmembers. Actually that description barely applies, but there's a rule in comic publishing that any collection of oddballs in an outer space setting must be referred to as a "ragtag band of misfits" and who are we to argue?
The Cook Bros. are Casey (who writes) and Shawn (who draws). Honorary Cook Bro-in-law Kurt "T-Kid" Vroon is twice as talented as the other two as he writes *and* draws, and is a frequent contributor to the site.
As far as we know, no animals were injured in the making of this copy.
