Hmmmm... about me eh?
Real Name: Jon Klein
Current age: 20
Gender: M
Height:6ft.
Occupation: Student/freelance super-hero
Child hood hero: Spider-Man/Gambit
Short Bio: There were no comic book shops around me where I grew up (in the vast suburban wastelands of Pennsylvania). I was raised watching the Spider-Man/ X-Men cartoons on saturday mornings and playing "Maximum Carnage" on the Genesis.
I started reading actual comic books in late 9th grade, which, for the first time, sparked an interest in art. I have absolutely no artistic talent whatsoever, everything I know about drawing came from practice, not any sort of natural ability. I'm living proof that practice makes proficient.
I Created a web comic called "The Dock" while working on the loading dock of a department store. Inspired by much better artists like Ian McConville and Hawk, I used The Dock as a mechanism to improve my work. it now updates only once in a blue moon.
The Denim Avenger is a project co-piloted by my writer and compatriot Nick "Crash" Witte (user name Prototaph). It's our first attempt at print comics, and we're learning alot by tinkering around with it.
Currently, I can often be found at my local all night diner doing comission artwork for the fellow patrons in exchange for a free cup of coffee.
