Comics is my chosen medium. I'm drawing almost as long as I can think and have been always a bit above average skill-wise, a difference I expanded over the years. Drawing is part of my self-image, I can't imagine me not drawing. If I couldn't draw (meaning: someone or -thing hindered me), it would be a severe loss in living quality. And I like to tell stories, too. From early years when I was baffled how cleverly those writers managed to spin a story to connect the battles in superhero comics (I was, like, 10 then) to my current motivation: to find a way to show how and what people think, to incorporate into my works my very unique world view and tell stories only I can. You know, sometimes I got the urge to read something very specific (e.g. about necromancers from Diablo II with a certain philosophy in it), but I know I can search the web all I want, I won't find it (I've tried...). So... I've got to do it myself, create the stories I want to read. I know my world view might not differ very much from that of others, meaning: there might be others who could tell stories using a certain way of storytelling, with a specific political view or opinion about women... But in this combination only I can do it.
And why comics? I've been drawing, I've been writing prose too (some nice short stories), but since time and energy in this life are limited, I, well, not consciously decided, but still somehow managed to end up with the conviction that to be able to draw AND tell stories which I can complete in reasonable time (or complete at all) I'll focus on comics.
So basically... I'm writing stories for myself, for it seems not many people can relate to them. Thanks to those who can!
And I have too few actually completed comics...
THUS! I only start/upload when the comic is completed offline.
