Sai is the guy who took Sasuke's place in Team 7, and yes, he's very rude towards strangers. He does make penis jokes all the time, claiming Naruto either has a very small one or having no penis at all. It was also mentioned by Naruto and Sakura that his voice is very similar to Sasuke's, also he looks a bit like him.
Yamato is the temporary team captain filling in for "busy" Kakashi... When he loses controll over our hyperactive gang he tends to put on his "scary face" in order to regain controll over his terrified subordinates.
