The DD Awards 2009 winner for Best Community Project. When the world is in peril the Heroes Unite. The HU Initiative brings together the worlds heroes to combat global threats. The Sixth installment - The Darkness Within will see the initiative tackle a shadow demon seeking to bring evil to the Earth!

A spin-off from Heroes Unite that features creators writing and drawing 4 page adventures within the HU continuity. It's a place for those that could not get involved with the main title to write something.
