I'm a Psychology major pursuing my Master's in Occupational Therapy. That is all the IRL stuff you need to know. The Psychology makes me tend to analyze my characters (and other peoples characters) and make practice case studies of them.
Well. I'm cleaning up here just a little bit. I had quite a few comics on here, but some of them just never got off the ground. I have the archives for them if I ever want to make them again (highly unlikely).
OOC is going to stay up because it is my first comic. It is what brought me to Drunk Duck. I made the first page and someone from Gaia told me I should upload it. There are no regular updates for this comic since it is based off anything interesting that develops in the RP. I'm trying to get the RP published, so expect a shameless plug if that happens. For now the novel is being hosted here.
The Drunk Duck Mafia is a collection of the Mafia games that happen in the Games Forum. It is a community comic drawn by the different member's that have participated in the The Drunk Duck Mafia games. Each day someone is lynched based off the clues of the night before. The nights consist of murders by the unknown mafia members. Murder, paranoia, deceit; The Drunk Duck Mafia has what you love.
Mystery Bread is my lead comic right now. I make it with my IRL friend, Ochitsukanai. I do not think our names sound like high end tea, but someone does. Anywho...Mystery Bread, check it out and see my insanity. If you want proof that we are insane, I shall divulge to you that the idea for the comic started with a discussion about Lord of the Rings. And, somehow, it was recently featured. I really didn't see that one coming.
Ice Pick. You see it there. It has no pages. What is it about? Coming soon. All I can tell you is that it is a collaborative project with my boyfriend. It is still in the drafting process.
When Books Attack Part II is a new old comic of mine. Strangely, there really isn't a part one. But I have already made a picture book about books attacking before (too corny for release). This is slightly autobiographical. Many elements of the pages and extras come from conversation in the library. Things have just been exaggerated to make it into a cohesive story. This story was also started a year ago, but I quit working at the library. I am working there again, so I thought I might was well come back to this. So expect my art style to change after I run through the already made pages.
Red and White won't be fully up and running for a while. It is made with a different art style than my usual, so please bear with me. It is also based off a Gaia RP...loosely. I pulled the characters from the RP, but not the plot. It is about the lives of young forest-based fairy tale characters. Staring: Little Red Riding Hood. This comic is on indefinite hiatus. It just a side comic of mine and I really don't don't where I'm going with it. Also, I'm going to moving to a poorer quality scanner for the summer. The way I make pages will be severely compromised. But don't worry. It won't affect the rest of them.
Captain Chaos is a comic that my little brother, Nick (fake name), is working on. Since our parents would not approve of him being on drunk duck at this age, I decided that I would release his first comic for him. I'm assisting the comic, but under an account of his own so he has one when he is old enough. Not that I think that Nikkea is a popular name. He really isn't telling me much about it but Captain Chaos is an out of he ordinary super hero. Please keep in mind while reading that this was produced by a 12-year-old.
I believe I have sufficiently bored you now. If you got to the end of this. Congratulations! You wasted your time effectively!
