First of all: The name's Paul Eberhardt with the t AFTER the d
That has been my pen name for years. Just using my second given name as a last name, actually. However, for some undiscernable reason DrunkDuck can't seem to accept it when spelt correctly.
I'm from Lower Saxony (that's in Northern Germany) and was born on an April Fool's day not yet three decades ago. Currently, after several terms of trying Forestry, I'm a student of English and Geography in Göttingen to eventually become a teacher (or a taxi-driver - that depends these days).
My hobbies include writing, drawing, playing the electric guitar, a bit of hunting and cultivating old student's heritage.
As you can see I'm posting my comics in several languages. These are no strict translations, though, as I'd rather preserve the feel, even if that means redrawing the odd panel. Believe me, this is a lot better than trying to translate puns, and I'll try and make sure that nobody misses anything. As this is an English site my priority is always on the English version, too.
Master the Tiger / Gundula un de Stuventiger:
A somewhat experimental work, originally in Plattdüütsch (the traditional minority language of my region). Gundula the witch has to babysit a tiger and eventually we'll see a bit of old Bremen. Set in modern times and rated E.
A Knight's Tale / Es war einmal im Mittelalter
Meet robber-knight in rusty armour Walter von Bechern as well as witch and expert-distiller Gundula in her younger (wilder) years as they try to cope with the Middle Ages coming to a close. Rated M.
And here's a link to the myspace blog of Gummi Arabikum, the fun-punk/thrash band I play in (it might be helpful to understand German for this one, but don't let it upset you if you don't; the most important contents are photos and music anyway):
