I'm not that interesting. I don't even know why you're here, reading this, right now, when you could be off gallivanting about and doing much more impressive things than investigating some nerd's profile. Really. You could be saving the planet right now, or eating fried eggs on a dried tomato wrap--which is only the best food on this planet (which, I remind you, you could be saving right now).
But since you're still here, then I may was well say a bit about myself. *Ahem.* I--yes, me--am a writer. I should be published in two years' time (two years' time from now would be 2009, if you're reading this a long time after it is written). When I AM published, I'll be sure to put up my penname for anyone interested. Because, you know, the whole WORLD AND EVERYONE IN IT is interested.
I am not big on "out-and-about"ing; I enjoy a party with loud music and headbangers every NOW and then, but it alone is not my idea of a life. I would find myself much more at home in a little warm coffeehouse, listening to poetry that doesn't make any sense or something. I love kids, and I baby-sit as a Summer Job.
I am, in fact, religious. Christian all the way, man! I attend a Christian school, but I actually have a few issues with it. This is ONE of the issues, and another reason not to believe everything you hear: At my school, rock music is, no lie, "Satan's Tongue." Apparently, none of the teachers have ever heard bands like Creed, The Newsboys, and Switchfoot and all the rest. It's stereotyping, which is funny (not ha-ha funny...you know what I mean), because our teachers are always telling us not to be judgmental, when really they're not practicing what they preach at all.
Speaking of music, I usually stick to bands I am very familiar with, such as Matchbox 20, Creed, Pink Floyd, The Fray, and even a little Led Zep or Foreigner now and then.
I love meeting people for the first time, and I'm not shy at all. Ironically, I don't have too many close friends, simply because I like to have something that seems safe and small I can return to when things go haywire in my life.
There's not much more to say, I don't suppose... So I'll see you on the dark side of the moon sometime, okay?
