I live in San Diego now (as of two weeks ago). I've written and illustrated numerous books for kids (check Amazon... please) and now I do comics. "The Horribles" is my first venture into comics, and I write and illustrate it. It's been a lot of fun doing this so far!
I have three daughters and am married to the incredibly talented Mike Dubisch, illustrator for Star Wars RPGs, Dungeons and Dragons and The Boxcar Children Comic series. He draws "The People That Melt in the Rain", which I color and write. I've colored books for Marvel and designed creatures for Star Wars, written for kids magazines...etc.
I also have a cat who speaks Spanish, and likes to hunt the lizards that live on the river bank. She's awesome.
