I've been working professionally as an illustrator since 1987 (so I guess that makes me an "old timer"
in the SF/Fantasy genre. Books, games, magazines, etc.
I love all styles of comics, and last year began laying out the storyline for "Grandma Ninja."
It started innocently enough during conversations with my daughter, Brynna (co-creator) about cliches inherent with comics and fantasy stories.
We took many of these situations and wove them into an adventure/espionage tale which we will be exploring with Grandma Ninja, which we call "a satire that doesn't know it."
I spend my days and nights chained to an art board. In reality, I don't get out much...
