I ink them on bristol board by Canson, size A3 (29,7 x 42). This paper sort is ultra smooth, so the lines comes out very exactly.^^
Mainly for the characters I use pen nib and black indian ink. For the backgrounds, materials and details I use fineliner by copic. I create and include the screentones with the computer (program: Micrografx Picture Publisher 10).
